What happens if I'm not happy after 3 revisions?
Get in touch — we'll work with you to make it right. The 3-revision limit is a guideline, not a hard wall.
Is the $0.99 preview fee refundable?
The preview fee covers the time spent creating your custom preview and is non-refundable. The final product fee is only charged once you approve.
What format will my file be delivered in?
Files are delivered as high-resolution JPG or PNG by default. PDF and other formats are available — just mention it in your special instructions.
How long does delivery take?
Preview generation typically takes 1–2 business days. Final file delivery after approval is also 1–2 business days.
Can I use the file commercially?
Yes — you receive full personal and commercial usage rights to your finished file.
